Wallet Verification Services
When you use our wallet verification services, we collect and process blockchain addresses and transaction data to perform sanctions screening and risk analysis. This data is processed through third-party services including Chainalysis, ScoreChain (via QuickNode), and DeBank to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
Identity Verification (KYC/KYB)
Our identity verification services are powered by Veriff, a third-party identity verification provider. When you complete identity verification:
- Your personal information (name, date of birth, address) is collected
- Government-issued identification documents are captured and analyzed
- Biometric data (facial images) may be collected for identity matching
- All identity data is securely stored and processed by Veriff in accordance with their privacy policy
- We receive only verification results and necessary identity information from Veriff

KYC/AML Compliance for RIAs
As a service provider to Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), we maintain compliance with:
- Customer Identification Program (CIP) requirements under the USA PATRIOT Act
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations including FinCEN requirements
- Know Your Customer (KYC) standards for financial institutions
- Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions screening
- Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) and adverse media screening
Data Retention
We retain verification records for a minimum of 5 years as required by financial regulations. Identity verification data stored by Veriff is subject to their retention policies. Blockchain address screening results are cached for 24 hours to improve performance and reduce API costs.
Data Security
All data is transmitted using industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3). Personal information is stored in encrypted databases with access controls and audit logging. API communications are authenticated using bearer tokens and HMAC signatures.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Object to processing of your data
- Request data portability
